Call Centre
The telephones at Impress Publishing are manned from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. In addition to this we extend our ordering times until 7pm during the peak period (first week in October until the first week in December). An out of hours automatic response telephone provides weekend and night cover.
Impress Publishing produces charity branded despatch notes along with mailing labels as standard. Samples are available on request and supply of charity logo. Our target turn around is 48 hours although a large percentage of orders are often sent out the same day. This is of course dependent on stock availability.
Order enquiries are normally dealt with the same day. Serious enquiries are forwarded immediately.
